BASIC INSTALLATION includes: HS4U equipment installed at your location

Wiring to the location inside your home business (100 ft. max)

Connectivity to the WWW. When the HS4U installer has finished this basic installation, you will be able to connect our equipment to your router or computer/computers. HS4U installers are not responsible for the customer’s equipment being able to connect to the Internet. HS4U technicians can assist new customers with any computer or computer networking solutions when advised of problems by the installer.

An appointment can be made with HS4U to solve any customer problems.

An additional fee of $75.00 an hour (with a 1 hour minimum) will be required for these services.

EARLY DISCONNECT or TRANSFER FEE:
As it takes our Technician drive time and equipment removal and or reconnect time there will be a $150.00 fee charged at the time of any early disconnect or moving of HiSpeed4U equipment or service.

These plans apply to HiSpeed4U 2.4 installations only.
All 5.8 and 900 MHz. connections will be an added $100 to the standard and FREE installation fee.
